The LORD confides in those who fear him; he makes his covenant known to them. Psalm 25:14

"Praise the Lord. During a family visit my husband came by and spent the day and night with us, as if nothing had changed. He recently called and asked if I could watch his baby. Even though he insists that I move on with life, I know that God will restore my marriage soon." (Washington)

“All praise to God! I have been faulty in my stand and lately needing a lot of reassurance that I am doing what God is wanting me to do. I have almost given up many times. The other day my husband texted me. He let me know that his choice is breaking his heart. He also stated that he is having a hard time finalizing things between us. He is still planning on moving, but glory to God that he provided a glimpse of the other side of the mountain and He allowed me to see that my husband still cares. It is a long journey. Keep standing.”  (Oregon)

"Praise God, He is moving! Have really been feeling like things are happening in my spouse's heart. Prayed, asking God if He is restoring my marriage, then my husband would just begin stopping over with no obligation to be there. Well that night, he did just that!! He visited for over an hour and we all played basketball together. Amen!"  (New Jersey)

“God allowed my husband to call me on Mother’s Day and he came over to see the children on Tuesday. Our little girl gave him a piece of paper and told him to write something to me. He wrote 'Happy Mother's Day' and drew happy faces on it. That made my day.” (Alabama)

"PTL! Last weekend my husband drove from another state to visit and to take us to the State Fair. We had lunch and dinner together as a family. We took a family photo. By the end of the day, he asked us to attend the church that we attended as a family before he left. Nothing but the Blood. God is moving in my husband's heart. The Lord will break off every hindrance and stronghold in order to bring my husband home and our marriage to be fully restored. We have not been to church together as a family in four years." (Florida)

"God has been so good to me and my children. Our journey is getting closer to that day of reconciliation. Don't know how God is going to do it, I just know He is. I am the wife. God chose me and I am thankful that I am learning to stand day by day. Praise God for His faithfulness." (Texas)

In my distress I called to the LORD; I cried to my God for help. From his temple he heard my voice; my cry came before him, into his ears. Psalm 18:6

Then Jesus said, “Did I not tell you that if you believed, you would see the glory of God?”  John 11:40

"Last month my husband decided to seek help for his addiction. Yesterday I took him to a rehab center for drugs and alcohol. He will be gone for six weeks. I praise God for His faithfulness. I continue to be a Proverbs 31 wife, seeking the Lord through it all, turning only to Him for my strength and peace.” (Canada)

“I give God all praise and glory! My wife is coming home this Saturday. It’s amazing how much God loves us and He will give you the desires of your heart. I thank RMM for helping me to stand and encouraging me to never give up. It's a blessing how this ministry is touching people's lives all over the world. I will continue to stand and pray for other hurting marriages forever. There is hope in Jesus Christ. Please, I ask all other standers to never give up. Luke 1:37For with God nothing shall be impossible.God bless you all.”  (Texas)

Then Jesus told them this parable: “Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Does he not leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders and goes home. Then he calls his friends and neighbors together and says, ‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep.’ I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.”  Luke 15:3-7

“This happened at Christmas and I've been telling myself it is too small to share but it was important enough for both my kids to tell me about when they got home from Daddy's so here goes. He prayed over their Christmas dinner. They have not heard him pray in many, many years. But not only did he pray, he was crying through that prayer. That sounds like a heart of stone softening a little. So PTL.” (Michigan)

“A sheriff pulled in behind my mother as she stopped for gasoline. She thought she was in trouble when he walked up to the window. However, he thanked her for having messages of hope on the back of her car. He couldn't thank her enough. We've put the ‘Honey Come Home...’ sticker, the ‘Forgive Them’ sticker and the ‘God Heals Hurting Marriages’license plate cover on her car. My prodigal hates them but they are doing a work for God! PTL!”  (Arkansas)

"My husband recently came home. He said after Christmas he is leaving again. I started to feel hopeless and forgot what God has done in the past. Praise God, He got me back in the fight. God used my prayer partners to encourage me not to give up." (North Carolina)

“The Lord will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail. Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins and will raise up the age-old foundations; you will be called Repairer of Broken Walls, Restorer of Streets with Dwellings.”  Isaiah 58:11-12

“God had been pretty silent for a while. At a Wednesday night prayer meeting a dear friend who I thought had quit standing with me, prayed for my husband's salvation. I got my sign on the way home with a Covenant Transport truck! I don't see these too often and had just driven 1000 miles through three states and didn't see one! God knows just what we need, just when we need it! Weeping may endure for a night, but joy WILL come in the morning! PTL!” (Minnesota)

"My husband has been away from home and involved with someone else. He attended Church with our son and me. At the end of an amazing service, he stood up in church and gave his life over to Christ. Thank you, Lord for your continued blessings and the daily signs and wonders You show me." (New York)

"I was able to volunteer with an organization yesterday serving meals and giving clothing to homeless people. I felt so blessed to be able to do this. This is the type of thing that gives me peace while I am standing for my spouse's return. My heart was so full of joy! I asked each person if they were okay if I prayed with them, and they all said yes. Please pray for the homeless who have a variety of issues such as lack of jobs, health issues, and the breakdown of their families. A year ago, I felt homeless when my life changed drastically. I did not have a place to stay. I feel so blessed this year to have a place to stay and to be able to help others in their time of need. I continue to pray for the restoration of my marriage." (USA)

"The day after Valentine's Day my son and I said a prayer for my husband. My husband and I hadn't spoken or seen each other in months. I prayed for God to place it on my husband's heart to call us. Then I could know that God was working on the other side of the mountain. In a few minutes my prayer was answered. I received a text from my husband with his new number and that he wanted to talk to us. Thank You, Lord." (Arizona)

“Praise God! Tonight I went to a monthly church event called Feed the Fire! The choir started with the song ‘He's Able.’ ‘Exceedingly Abundantly Above all, you can ask or think According to, power That worketh through you and me. God is able to do just what He said He would do. He's gonna fulfill every promise to you. Don't give up on God, cause He won't give up on you. He's Able.’ In the middle of that song a man walks in and stands next to my friend right in front of me and he looks at me and he looks just like my husband! At first I thought NO! Then I thought okay God, I hear You. The minister starts his sermon and it's on Job! I get prayed for twice and both spoke restoration into their prayer! God is good! And if I was not sure of His many blessings coming my way then, I am more than sure now! PTL! Continue to believe standers! Your time is coming!” (Washington)

"My husband called me on my birthday. God restored our friendship a month ago. He has been calling regularly ever since. Yesterday he called and asked me to pray for him about a burden he felt God was calling him to clear up. God continues to bring my spouse back into my life and I continue to pray for complete restoration." (Canada)

"After being gone for many weeks, my husband returned home. I give all the glory to God because I know that it was through Him and continual prayer that brought my prideful husband back to our family. Although my husband is still not saved and still works with the other woman, I know that God is in control and it is His battle, not mine. So all standers, be still and know that He is God and He is doing amazing things. Remember all things are possible with God.  (California)

“During my stand I have been working on finishing my graduate degree while caring for my son alone, and it has been very hard, but God has pulled us through every trial and attack. Today was my last day of a difficult internship, and I felt attacked all day. Everything that could possibly go wrong did, but somehow I had peace inside. At one point my left arm and hand started to go completely numb, and my vision was greatly impaired with a throbbing headache. I went into the bathroom and called on God, the angels and the Holy Spirit to get me through, and within a couple of minutes the numbness left and the pain subsided. I got through the day, praise God! He is our healer. I know my marriage restoration is on the way. When we are obedient, God sees us through!”  (Arizona)

"What a week it has been. A pay raise, bills altered, cash pushed through the door with my name, contact with husband and a promise from God that He will remove what needs removing." (United Kingdom)

"My far-country husband paid our daughter’s unexpected court fine with no complaint to me and then went out to breakfast with her also as this is the weekly usual time together. I sent him a humorous thank you card with a check to cover the breakfast and to keep the door open. He awkwardly phoned to thank me for the card. Praise God for providing these kind of extras through my (for now) separated husband and keeping a possible door open between us for whatever God wants.”  (Colorado)

“Monday night is usually a very bad night for me to have time off, but last Labor Day was different. Everything that would keep me from attending Rejoice Pompano was removed. This included my wife wanting to watch my children for the evening without me asking. While I was driving, I prayed and asked God if this was coincidence, or if I was meant to be in Pompano. Two minutes later I saw the most beautiful and distinct DOUBLE rainbow I had ever seen. Praise God for the beauty of His world and continuing to give such a weak man signs that You are near.”  (Florida)

"My husband and I separated and he has filed for divorce. This past weekend we took our kids to church for the fall festival. We had such a wonderful time and he stayed the night. I know God is moving and working on my husband to bring him home. Thank you so much for your encouragement. God is truly blessing me in so many ways." (Louisiana)  A Bobservation - On the same weekend the Ministry sponsored an activity at a church school in South Florida. I could not understand why God wanted the Ministry name on a rock wall climb until reading this testimony. Now I wonder how many prodigal husbands and wives stood by that sign while their child attempted to climb. (Maybe next year I could volunteer for the dunk tank under "Dunk A Prodigal.")

"Praise God, my son has accepted God as his Lord and Savior. He was baptized this past weekend. God gave me the courage to invite my spouse even though he didn't come. My son’s worldly father wasn't with him, but his Heavenly Father was." (Indiana)

“I haven't heard from my husband for several months. He contacted out of the blue just to tell me he was sorry for what he has done in the past. I can see God softening his heart, PTL!! My God is working on the other side of the mountain.”  (Michigan)

“I want to thank you so much for all the daily devotional mails and the encouragement in reading all of them daily. I so look forward to receiving them. Today you have given me such comfort and encouragement in doing what I have been doing for some time. With my perseverance and faith in my prayer, though my situation is still the same, my heart and innermost being has changed. I am more peaceful and joyful in all I am doing as a stander. Thank you once again and may God continue to bless you in doing His will with great compassion”  (Seychelles)

"I filed for divorce months ago, but then God changed my heart and encouraged me to stand for my marriage. This past week was my divorce hearing. I was nervous because my husband had a lawyer and I could not afford one. I dropped my petition for divorce and told the court of my stand. My husband was still granted a limited divorce, while I was given full custody of the kids and child support. Although this wasn't exactly what I wanted, I am so happy that God was my lawyer and he is working things out for my good. I know it is just a matter of time before my husband is home." (Maryland)

“What an awesome God we serve and I thank God for all the standers and prayer warriors who are on their knees pleading to God and standing in the gap for our court room prayer requests. It is with joy that I wanted to share and announce to others that our court date that was scheduled for Monday has been postponed. All glory and honor to our Lord Jesus Christ. He continues to move mountains and no weapons formed against us will prosper. Be encouraged standers, prayers do work and thanks to all the prayer partners. Glory and honor to our King of Kings who is in control of all situations.”  (Indiana)

"Praise be to God! It has been almost a month since my husband suddenly came home, right before Thanksgiving. It had been almost two years to the day since he said he didn't love me anymore and left. Just as quickly he said he was ready to come home. This was a total surprise to me. Just three months prior he had filed for divorce and had repeatedly told me he would never come home. How great is our God. Thanks so much to the wisdom of Charlyne and Bob and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. My stand will never end, because what was meant for evil is for the salvation of many. Our God reigns!" (New Mexico)

"God is faithful to His word. My husband had a court date. I and others fasted and prayed. Praise the Lord, the lawyer called to set a new court date. I know God is working in both our hearts for the restoration of our marriage." (Tennessee)

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”  Joshua 1:9

"I was in great distress, devastated that my husband wouldn't be with us for New Year's. He had spent Christmas with us and disappeared afterwards. On New Year’s at 3:33 A.M. my husband called, asking me to pick him up. His car had broken down. His friend had been on the way to pick him up, but two tires on his friend’s car had popped. God made it possible for me to be the first person my husband spent New Year’s with. What a miracle." (California)

“It's been a cold winter-weather-wise and in my husband’s heart. But spring is coming! After a week of trying to find my way back spiritually after returning home from visiting my in-laws, I was broken. I missed my husband more than ever and it seemed like nothing was happening. I began my way back to God with prayer and praise. After attending a fabulous church service and a Chris Tomlin concert, God put in my heart a stirring - that something big was happening. The next day I got a text from my husband saying he was about to be homeless and needed a place to store his things (meaning he was kicked out of the OP’s home!) Today there is a moving truck at my house and I don't know what God is doing but I KNOW that my restoration is just around the bend! Thank You God! All this time I have stuck to Galatians 6:9! Hallelujah!” (Minnesota)

“I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.”  Ezekiel 36:26

"My prodigal husband called and we had a long talk. He wants to come home. He is putting in notice for his apartment for the first of next month. God, You are so faithful. I know I need to continue to stand in the gap because the enemy wants to keep us separated. Thank You, Jesus for answered prayer." (Canada)

"God provided rent and Christmas for the children. Thank You" Father. (Oklahoma)

“I want to say a massive thank you to the beautiful stander who shared with us last week about the movie 'Fireproof.' I watched it on YouTube and loved every minute of it. Just like my stand, it made me laugh, cry, hope, believe and love God even more than before! I smiled to myself all the way through because at the beginning of my stand I asked God if my restoration and suddenly moment could be like something from a movie. Now I know that I want it to be just like this movie! My beloved finding the Lord, our families being understanding, our friends praying for us, us wearing our wedding rings, forgiveness, love, a future, oh, and him sweeping me off my feet with a big kiss! Just like in the movies please Lord.”  (United Kingdom)

“What an awesome God we serve. I just wanted to encourage someone that even when it's darkest God is still at work. I was reading someone's testimony about how they had to repent because of idolizing their stand. I asked God to reveal to me if I was doing the same. Realizing that my focus needed to be on Jesus and not my prodigal nor the circumstances, I got on my knees in repentance and, all glory to Jesus, soon after I heard a knock on the door. I was expecting our son from his basketball game. It turns out my prodigal not only showed up to watch his game but brought him back home after the game which he hasn't done since our separation. I believe this was God reminding me that even though the circumstances look bad, our awesome God is in control. All praise and honor to him. Stay encouraged standers. Weeping may endure for the night but joy comes in the morning. Praise our Lord!”  (Indiana)

"After many years of no physical evidence that God was moving in my husband's life, we finally had the conversation I have been waiting for. I have only seen him twice in the past several years and we speak briefly every six months or so but I have not left his mind despite his marriage to the other woman. I was obedient and let God use my mouth to speak with my husband and completely removed my feelings from the conversation. GOD is amazing! Thanks Rejoice for all the inspiration and guidance over the years."  (Maryland)

May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, O LORD, my Rock and my Redeemer. Psalm 19:14

“I was having a very rough day and cried out to the Lord. I asked him to let me see another Covenant Transport truck to reassure me I am not crazy and on the right path. I ask the Lord to speak to me through a truck or license plates daily. Today I saw a license plate that said,  ‘If you were looking for a sign here it is’ with prayer hands around it. Then another car had ‘United We Stand.’ As I was leaving the parking lot, a young man had a hat that said, 'Obey.’ I have never seen a hat like that before and knew this was truly from the Lord. He is telling me loud and clear to obey so that He gets the glory. This testimony is going to change not only my life but my family’s. God always keeps His promises and never changes His mind.”  (North Carolina)

"I have peace despite chaos around me. My friend has started coming to church with me. I am getting a promotion with a raise and there has been a sign of my beloved's softening heart. I do not have adequate words to thank my Lord." (Vermont)

"More than 4 years ago my prodigal spouse came home. He left our home to pursue a life with another woman, but God had other plans. My prayer through our storm was, of course, that God would restore our marriage on the Solid Rock of Jesus, but also that He would one day use us both to help others in hurting marriages. About 3 weeks ago that prayer was answered. I now work at my church and my husband and I have been given the trust and opportunity to counsel with couples. Please pray that God would show us what He wants in starting this ministry at our church. Never give up!!"  (Texas)
