"We will shout for joy when you are victorious and will lift up our banners in the name of our God. May the LORD grant all your requests. Now I know that the LORD saves his anointed; he answers him from his holy heaven with the saving power of his right hand. Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the LORD our God." Psalm 20:5-7

“I asked God to show me a sign the other day that my husband was coming home. Today I got that miracle. I was talking to my husband on the phone and he was ending the call and he said he loved me. He played it off like it was an accident but we both got a chuckle out of it. God was speaking through him, and restoration is on its way. Thank You Jesus.”  (West Virginia)

“My prodigal came on Christmas Day with our step-daughter and spent the day with our family including my parents. This was completely orchestrated by the Lord and is the first time since separating it has happened. Never fear God interrupting your life, much like He did Mary and Joseph's, to bring forth new birth. He never calls us to follow without first preparing our way; your way has already been made!”  (Ohio)

"My husband and I woke early this morning. We held hands in front of a warm fire. It's Christmas morning and our teenagers are still in bed. This scene should not be happening. We almost let satan steal our precious family. My husband came home a few years ago after filing for divorce. God has healed and restored our marriage. He taught me how to stand and pray for my marriage. He showed me how to change my bad attitudes and let Him change my husband. All that we went through has made us closer and now I stand in prayer for marriages." (Arizona)

"Today God gave me the strength to get on stage for my first Christian ballet recital. My husband and the other woman were there to see our daughter. I was a nervous wreck all week, but God gave me the grace and confidence I needed. Praise the Lord." (Florida)

"The kids haven't wanted anything to do with their dad. The other day during morning prayer my son prayed that his dad would have a good day and he would be led back to God. This was a first. He later said that God told him to do it. Praise the Lord." (Illinois)

"Haven't you read," he replied, "that at the beginning the Creator 'made them male and female,' and said, 'For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh'? So they are no longer two, but one. Therefore what God has joined together, let man not separate." Matthew 19:4-6

“I've been praying, fasting and meditating on God's Word and for awhile we heard or saw nothing, I knew our Lord was working mightily in our marriage. Lately my husband has been very loving towards both our son and me. We have gotten very close and I'm praying that before the year is up, we get our suddenly. Thank You for the hope you give us standers and the guidance you show us in hearing and accepting God's Word and waiting on His perfect timing. All the praise and glory to our God for showing that He can and will restore dead and hurting marriages.”  (Texas)

"The Lord allowed my daughters and I to spend Thanksgiving and the following day with our wonderful prodigal. God answers prayer. I trust God and I believe that my husband will be home soon. Thank You, Jesus." (Georgia)

"I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well." Psalm 139:14

"My husband is in the far country, but this has drawn me closer to God and has strengthened my faith in God. With prayers, fasting and trusting the Word of God many more will be saved." (Barbados)

"The divorce was final a few days ago. The night before I slept in peace and woke up in peace, that peace that surpasses my own understanding. Instead of showing up at court, I stayed home in prayer. Gods word to me is that He is not done with my family and marriage so I have no reason to beat myself up." (New Jersey)

“I asked the Lord if I was doing His will by praying for my prodigal’s return or should I move on like everyone has said I should. I found this ministry and received the message that I was to stand. A couple of days later my daughter found a wooden cross by our door exactly like the one in the picture you have in the testimonies page. I knew it was a sign for me to continue standing. My daughter and I hold this cross when we pray.”  (Idaho)

“We often wonder why we have to endure our trials. What good can come of it? God answered a prayer last Sunday. My brother-in-law called and said my sister had been unfaithful. He now understood what my stand was all about and wanted to know about my strength. The Lord gave me the privilege of SEEING Him go after my brother-in-law's heart. He went to a youth retreat at my church. He heard the Gospel. That was Friday. Sunday, he prayed to receive Jesus as His Savior! Hallelujah! God took what the enemy meant for evil and used it to save a soul!”  (West Virginia)

For God does speak—now one way, now another— though man may not perceive it. In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls on men as they slumber in their beds, he may speak in their ears and terrify them with warnings, to turn man from wrongdoing and keep him from pride, to preserve his soul from the pit, his life from perishing by the sword.  Job 33:14-18

"Today was my anniversary. I asked God to put me on my husband's heart, and for him to contact me. He sent me a lovely email saying that I was on his heart and signed it with love and forever. I am certain God is moving even when I cannot see anything at all." (Florida)

being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. Philippians 1:6

"My husband and I are divorced and continents apart. Lately he has been referring to me as his wife and talking about me going back home. Yesterday he called and asked me to email him a list of what I would like in the new house that he's thinking of building. As ecstatic as I was, I was also starting to feel a little anxious. A few hours later, Charlyne's devotional, 'Allow God To Rebuild Your Marriage' arrived. Thank You, Lord, that You are the Master Architect and Builder of our house, both physically & spiritually." (Australia)

"I want to thank God and your ministry for helping me stand. My husband is home now and we are working together to build a new relationship as unto the Lord. Trust and obey." (New Jersey)

"God watches over His Word to perform it. I was audited by the IRS and had to pay thousands of dollars. I borrowed money on my home. Last month when we were asked to turn up the heat on our stands, I gave. The same month I received a letter from IRS that I over paid and a few days ago received a check for a few thousand dollars. I know this happened because of turning up the heat and giving." (Massachusetts)

"I signed our divorce papers last week. My wife shows no desire to reconcile, but God has shown me that He knows my needs whether they are financial or emotional. What used to be tears of despair have turned to joy. As I seek to put on the new man moment by moment, Lord, let me be found faithful and may all the praise and glory go to You." (Tennessee)

"Praise the Lord, He promised my marriage will be renewed. But I need to be still and know that He is God. No more leaning on my own understanding. Yes, Lord I will be patient and obey your commands. Your grace will be sufficient for me.” (Singapore)

"I give God praise because He is good. No matter how low some days may be, He always pulls me out of the pit of despair and gives me hope when I need it. Praise God we are never alone." (Virginia)

“Praise be to God! The court date was postponed for the FOURTH time, until after all the holidays! The courtroom prayersare so powerful! Thank you all. It seems each postponement is God making more time to work His plan. Satan keeps working his logic using every loophole, but one step at a time as I trust in our Lord. God has protected and provided in so many ways, often at the last minute, despite all the circumstances. He is growing my faith to new levels and He is my Spouse for this season. The circumstances are as trying as can be, but with His guidance I am calm and trust in whatever His plan may be. Thank you Charlyne for sharing Bob's letter. It came after I realized this morning Satan's tricks after weeks of attacks. What a confirmation! I keep looking to God, who hates divorce. I see more clearly day by day the truths you teach in practice. Courage to all!”  (California)

"One year ago tonight, I thought my world had come to an end when my husband left me for the OW. I had to take off work for a couple of weeks before I could function. I fasted and prayed like never before. I was led to RMM through a friend who stood for the restoration of his marriage. My husband and the OW told me I was delusional (speaking those things which are not as though they were). But who is delusional now? Tonight, I have my husband back in my life and it was SUDDEN, but the restoration is in baby steps. I am in awe at how God honors His word, praise, prayer, and fasting. My treasure is my relationship with my Lord from my stand. I learned from Charlyne that it does not matter what anyone says about my situation other than God. Ezekiel 17:24:  "'All the trees of the forest will know that I the LORD bring down the tall tree and make the low tree grow tall. I dry up the green tree and make the dry tree flourish. I the LORD have spoken, and I will do it.'"  (Georgia)

"PTL, I had a great Christmas and New Years. My prodigal's birthday was a few days later and I thank the Lord for giving me the opportunity to celebrate with him at our home. He lives in another state but he spent this week with us and we are celebrating our son's birthday together on Saturday! He filed for divorce and it is still pending but I know the Lord is working, softening his heart. I am trusting God that there will be no divorce in my marriage. I know God will glorify Himself in the impossible.”  (North Carolina)

"My prodigal wrote me a wonderful letter saying that he thinks about me everyday and that I will always have his heart. We spent New Year's Day together. Thank You, Father for the signs. God spoke to me to bless my husband. God is faithful to His Word." (Colorado)

We continually remember before our God and Father your work produced by faith, your labor prompted by love, and your endurance inspired by hope in our Lord Jesus Christ.  1 Thessalonians 1:3

"After a few false starts home my beloved husband said he will be completely moved home by Christmas. All glory is God's.  We just cannot praise Him enough. Thank you sweet Jesus for my Christmas miracle. Thank you Bob and Charlyne for your example of a marriage restored by our Lord and for allowing God to use you for His glory." (Arizona)

"My husband and I work in the same place. As I was driving into work one morning, I saw my husband walking across the street with one of our coworkers (female). At first I was upset because I just got done praying for him. But I decided to not trust my emotions and trust the Lord. I said I am not insecure and not believing anything the enemy shows me. When I got to my desk, my husband had given me half of the breakfast he got for himself from across the street. Our Lord is moving!" (Georgia)

"I am trying to listen more closely to God through fasting and prayer. Several nights ago, as I was thinking about my prodigal, I asked God to speak through His Word. I opened my Bible to 2 Timothy and a scripture in which Paul asked Timothy to bring another to join his ministry leapt off of the page. The person Paul requested has my prodigal's name. Praise to our God. I have been praying how my prodigal and I can serve the Lord as our relationship heals. I am completely amazed." (Minnesota)

“Thank you RMM for all you do. I’ve been standing a few years and have so much peace because my life is now God centered. Though often lonely and missing my husband, standing, loving and praying for him, drawing close to God is better than moving on. I’ve seen many people who have heard my story brought to tears because they left their covenant/first spouse. People now remarried to some OP, crying even 10,15,30 years after leaving their first spouse saying to me with tears, ‘I didn't have your strength’. Moving on doesn't work. The pain doesn't go away. Praying for restoration is God's right and only way.”  (Wisconsin)

"Thank you Rejoice Ministries for helping me to keep my faith in God's promises and answering my daily prayers. My wife has returned to me and we are forgetting the past and having a new beginning together. Everyone is rejoicing with us. God does deliver but first we must draw close to Him and never doubt. Encouraging devotional messages from your ministry helped me through this time. I'm sure God will use us to help others in similar situations. Thank you so much and may God continue to bless your ministry." (New Zealand)

"Our home phone has always been in my wife's name. I called to have the account changed to my name. I was told I would have to open a new account, change phone numbers, and also begin a new internet account at a higher monthly fee. This was all going to cost more. The operator suggested I was better off to leave the account alone. I told her I took that as confirmation that God is going to bring my wife home and restore my marriage." (Indiana)

"I read Charlyne's devotional last Sunday, about praying in agreement. I was feeling down because my prodigal plans to remarry in the next few weeks. After reading the devotional I sighed 'Lord, where will I find prayer partners to pray with me who won't think I am deluded or in denial?' I stepped out in faith and asked my sister, who immediately said 'yes.' Within 24 hours, my sister-in-law APPROACHED ME and suggested that she, her sister and I pray in agreement - about a range of issues - at a set time each week. I know they will be praying about their brother's situation - praise God!" (United Kingdom)

"Suddenly, my spouse returned home. Through prayer, fasting and confirmation God answered my prayers. After receiving several text messages and attempts to find his way home my prodigal spouse is home. He is happy, healthy and humble. The battle is not over though, we must stay in the word of God always. Prayer really changes things. Thank you Bob and Charlyne for your support and prayers. You are a blessing to every troubled marriage." (Florida)

"As a childless stander I was sad in the days leading up to this first Mother's Day without my husband. God directed me to have our annual family dinner at our home, with both our families, despite our separation. And He led me to invite my husband. I prayed the voicemail invitation I left would at least touch him to call his mom whom he hasn't talked to in months. But God had a better idea; he came to dinner and everyone was full of joy that he came. It was a good night. Thank You, Jesus!"  (Georgia)

O people of Zion, who live in Jerusalem, you will weep no more. How gracious he will be when you cry for help! As soon as he hears, he will answer you.  Isaiah 30:19

"I would like to thank God for bringing my prodigal husband back home after false starts. I gave up my hope for a while and became a prodigal also. We both almost got married to other people, but to God's glory He restored my marriage, saved and changed my husband and we were remarried on May 7th." (Tanzania)

"My wife called to tell me she is being pressured to file for divorce. Even though it hurt to hear her tell me this, I know God is not finished. She even knows this isn't the right thing to do but doesn't see any way out. I give God praise though because I got to talk to her for the first time in some time and we talked for over two hours." (North Carolina)

“After almost three years of separation and one false start my husband has moved back home. We just passed our third Sunday! I’m not sure where the OW is, I’m leaving her in God's hands. I went on vacation and my husband stayed with the kids while I was gone. After I returned home he did not leave. Praise the Lord. God told me not to say anything; just allow him to stay the night. He has been here ever since.”  (Canada)

"My husband filed for divorce and I found out he is seeing someone. After complete despair and feeling God abandoned me, I surrendered to Him. I stopped watching all television and countless reading, and instead read the Bible, prayed and fasted. I have seen God answer prayers for a softening of my husband's heart. He sent me a birthday gift and I spent this last Sunday with him and our boys for his birthday. I wait for his salvation and God's plans." (Canada)

“In that day I will restore David’s fallen tent. I will repair its broken places, restore its ruins, and build it as it used to be.” Amos 9:11

"After months of my husband not contacting me or our children he wrote our daughter a letter. She was thrilled. We have been praying for their relationship to heal and it has, thanks to God. The following morning he called me and said he was going to finally help with our finances. Praise the Lord He is touching my husband." (Pennsylvania)

"I've looked for a Covenant Transport truck for three years. Last night and this morning I said, 'God if I'm supposed to stand for this marriage and pray for restoration then show me a Covenant Transport truck.' I looked for one out the window while eating in a local restaurant. No truck! We don't have Covenant trucks here. Leaving I told God, 'Guess I won't see one today.' Well God had other plans! Just as I pulled up at the red light a semi passed by. The cab had something on it, but the trailer had...Covenant Transport! I will never, never give up! Greater is He who is in me than He who is in this world!"  (Georgia)

“As the days go by since my prodigal left and then the divorce, I have turned more and more to the LORD for my help. In the very beginning he gave me Luke 15 – the prodigal son and then, by no coincidence, RMM for confirmation that my marriage was for life. Now, some years later, I am preparing for my suddenly. The OW is totally out of the picture, and my prodigal declares I am his best friend. We are spending more and more time together, and I know this is because I am being still and knowing HE is GOD! On top of all of this, the LORD has also put a painted over Covenant Transport trailer in position for me to see every day, twice a day, when it took waiting two years to see my first one, which was around the time of the breakup with the OW. Praise GOD my restoration is just around the corner. Never give up hope, GOD has a plan for us.”  (Florida)

"I felt discouraged. In my frustration I told Jesus that my prodigal doesn't even miss me. When I checked my phone my prodigal had called me. I called him back to hear how much he missed me and how he didn't want to call me, but felt he had to. Praise Jesus, our source of never ending encouragement and love." (Texas)

"Over the past couple of weeks I have been feeling really down. This morning I woke up and prayed, crying out to God. Later that day my prodigal called and said he just needed to hear my voice to get through the day. I was so excited. Although I may not see the work that God is doing I know that He is at work on the other side of the mountain and in His perfect timing my marriage will be restored. To God be all the glory."  (Georgia)

"Last night my wife invited me over to her house to play a game as a family. (Thank you Lord.) When I got to her house, because of all the snow on the street, I decided to park in her driveway, but across the sidewalk, which I have done many times before. I had a thought that I should park on the street so I wouldn't get a ticket, but ignored it. Sure enough, I had a parking ticket when I came out. Friday’s Charlyne Care was on learning to listen to God. I really think God is teaching me to listen to him and I have asked him to remind me of the parking ticket next time He speaks to me."  (Canada)
