"My husband and I are dual military. He filed for divorce before deploying to Iraq. I am currently deployed to Afghanistan. God has shown His face by continuing to delay the divorce proceedings over and over. The divorce is on hold until I return from deployment next year. Praise the Lord." (South Carolina)

"This past Thursday was our day to go to court. I asked God to give me a sign He was working in my family and my prodigal coming home. Tuesday I asked God to cancel the court date. Late Wednesday I received a call that our case has been postponed. Praise God, He is working." (Alabama)


"My kids didn't want to go with my husband. An hour later he called and asked if all of us could be ready that evening to go to dinner and a movie as a family. We went and had a wonderful time. “Merry Christmas everyone. I had a hard time deciding today which testimony to submit. Yes, I am stander; some days are better than others. I fail sometimes, God picks me up , dusts me off, and we keep going. But more than justice and restoring our marriage, God has truly changed my life. He has made my entire life a testimony. This year we are celebrating the true meaning of Christmas at our home. We have received the greatest gift ever given, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. This past week, we were running errands and our youngest daughter said to the cashier,‘It’s Jesus' birthday!’So, from my home to yours, may you all have a wonderful Christmas, have many breakthroughs, and may all your prayers be answered!”  (Illinois)

Today, she told me that he was coming ALONE. As I was praying for wisdom on how to handle this, my husband called. “PTL! Valentine’s week was full of gifts from my Heavenly Father! God blessed me abundantly with signs every day that He was moving the mountains. Devotionals and TV preachers spoke about restored marriages, breakthroughs, suddenlies and miracles! My devotional book had ‘Lord, open his eyes so he may see’ and right below was  ‘A man leaves his father and mother and is joined to his wife.’ I had a dream my covenant husband moved into a new place with me! All I can say is PTL! I know this dry season will soon end! God is moving those mountains and I have complete faith in salvation and restoration! "My husband finally left the other woman yesterday and has no place to go. He asked me if he could put his things in my garage. I said yes and he seemed thrilled. I pray my husband will hear the Spirit of the Lord." (Oklahoma)


"From my journal this week; 'It is a privilege and honor that God is allowing my spouse and I and our marriage to be used this way. To be used for the purposes of the Kingdom of God so with my present suffering and the future restoration of our marriage our Lord is given the glory He deserves and lives are touched and changed. Those of us God has asked to stand for our marriages and pray our prodigal spouses home are an honored and privileged few who walk a very special and blessed road. It is a hard and difficult road, but it is a life-changing faith changing road. We are very fortunate.'" (United Kingdom)


“I came to Rejoice Marriage Ministries many years ago when I was going through divorce from my spouse. A non-covenant marriage took place.  I was a ‘stander’ and held onto God for my marriage.  We are remarrying after 10 1/2 years of being divorced and God has rejoined our hearts so closely that it feels as if we've never been apart. My husband suffered greatly for disobedience. He begged my forgiveness and asked me back. My heart was hard but God WORKED A WONDER IN US. “Several months ago my daughter and I were on our way home from an appointment when we passed a lot with a Covenant Transport truck parked in it. I went crazy with excitement because I had never seen one. This past week my same daughter and I were on our way home from the same doctor and drove past the same lot and when I looked over there it was, a Covenant Transport truck with a PTL truck right next to it. We turned around to take pictures, and when we pulled in there were three Covenant trucks and several PTL's. My daughter acknowledged all the similar circumstances and knew it was God. My husband has been home for a while now. It seems slow at times, but God sees and encourages me that He is faithful. Praise the Lord!” (Illinois)

"It's our wedding anniversary today and though my spouse is in a non-covenant marriage, still I am rejoicing in my heart. Through God's provision, I have been able to buy some flowers and little treats to celebrate the day. I'm thanking the Lord for His love and for all that He has done, is doing, and will do in our marriage. Therefore what God has joined together let man not separate.’ Mark 10:9  (England) 


“About five months ago God gave me Nehemiah 1:8-9 as a promise for my family. I began to pray seriously for God to bind my family’s ungodly soul ties. My 18-year-old daughter has been dating a non-Christian for about 2 years now and has been very distant concerning her faith. I have prayed specifically about that relationship and for God to bring a godly potential spouse into her life. Last night she told me that he has been asking a lot of questions about how you know Jesus is the real way to Heaven and wanted to know how she could prove it to him. I told her to pray for his salvation and turn your own heart back to Jesus. When Jesus becomes real to you, you won't have to prove anything to him; he will see it! Praise God my daughter's heart is softening and the ungodly soul tie may be broken by bringing another lost soul to Christ! I will continue to stand strong against the spiritual attack on my family.” (Indiana) 


"Tuesday night God brought my husband back. All week the Lord was talking to me to be prepared. He canceled the divorce the following day. I know that God will continue to work things out. God is good and faithful to His promises." (New Jersey)

"I was walking on the beach in prayer, seeking the Lord, when I came upon a wedding that had just taken place. The wedding party was celebrating on a deck above. I smelled a stink, and noticed a dead sea lion on the shore. I took this as a tough message from the Lord concerning my own marriage. I was sad, but accepting, and eventually turned around. When I came back near the wedding party, I looked and noticed that the dead sea lion had been washed out to sea, and the stink was gone. Then I heard the Lord; 'I can change things.'" (California)

I had the opportunity to literally testify to my commitment to our vows during the divorce hearing! But this testimony is that I feel God is telling me to prepare for reconciliation. "This week my daughter and I had to move out of our home because of a sheriff’s sale. Today while having lunch I saw a Covenant Transport truck going down the highway. I heard God tell me that He had not forgotten my covenant. Later I saw my husband with the non-covenant. Feelings of humiliation and embarrassment flooded me but then I remembered God's word to me. I smiled because it was God who had prepared me for what was to come. What a faithful God we serve." (Delaware)
