“When I first found RMM, I had a hard time believing all of the testimonies. The enemy would whisper that they were not real and I was so far in despair that I would consider that. Why was there never a stander from my state? The next night there were testimonies from my state- three in a row! This is like the Covenant trucks for me. When I'm down, I scroll through asking God to please speak to me by providing a testimony from my state. The other night, I was convicted that I'd had testimonies to report but hadn't. And what if someone else out there needed to see our state's name at the end of a testimony in order to battle the feelings of isolation and loneliness? To that person I say, 'Not only is God with you, but there are fellow standers all around you. God's work is REAL and He is working right this minute for your marriage. Do not grow weary in doing good (standing)... you will reap a harvest at the appointed time. There is a plan for your spouse and you are a big part of it. Wait.'” (Washington)
“During my prayer group I asked the ladies to pray I was still doing God's will. I didn't say what it was but God knew my request. The next morning on Facebook there was an article about a restored marriage. I watched a movie with a restoring ending. I got in the car and there the earlier story from Facebook was on my radio. Then when I got home there was a testimonial CD from Charlyne in my mailbox. God spoke to me not once but four times in one day!” (Georgia)
"Last weekend one of my family members told me to get on with my life, so I cried out to God because I know what He has called me to do. The same day God provided me a rainbow in the sky to see. The next day I was driving down a street which I have driven many times but never noticed the name until that day. The name of the street was Sunrise. I began to praise God. This morning the icing was put on the cake as the title of the devotional was 'Waiting For My Sunrise.' To God be the Glory." (Louisiana)
“After some time of dealing with my husband not talking to me because of a misunderstanding, praise the Lord he is talking to me. I believe that God works in mysterious ways. I had been praying that God would touch his heart and that my husband would come to Jesus! I know that God is working and in the name of Jesus my husband will surrender to the Lord and my marriage will be on the solid rock who is Jesus Christ! Thank You God for everything You are doing! Thanks RMM for all the encouraging messages I get every day. May God continue blessing all of us!” (Florida)
"Today my spouse came to help around the yard. He was in a very sour mood. A button was pushed and I started blurting out everything that he had done. He yelled that I hadn't changed a bit. Then a light went on that I had fallen prey to one of Satan’s schemes. I stopped and apologized for my part and he drove away angry. He called to say that he was sorry. I said I was also and we cried. I love You, Jesus." (Michigan)
"My husband who does not live at home right now, brought a Christmas tree over while I was at work. I already had our old tree up, so he took the other one back. He was thinking of our family. I needed this at an uncertain time." (Iowa)
“God has finally manifested His promise. After several years of standing, my marriage has been restored. At times, I never thought I would have a testimony such as this, but we serve a mighty and faithful God. To all the standers out there, keep trusting God. He will deliver on His promises. When it looks darkest, press on because He will surely reward you for your faithfulness and obedience. My husband loves God again and it is so evident by the way he treats me. I know God has done a mighty work in him. Our God stepped in and performed a miracle in us. We are best friends again and our love is stronger than ever. I will stand with God for the rest of my life. Thanks Rejoice Marriage Ministries for sharing God's Word and encouragement.” (Tennessee)
And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19
"I am the Lord, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for me?" Jeremiah 32:27
"Praise God for I believe He has begun the healing process. After months of living with anger, confusion and hurt in my heart, I was able to place my problem in God's hands. God showed me how big He is and how it's so simple to Him. I know my husband is going closer to where God wants him to be." (New York)
"After a year my husband came home. At the beginning of my stand God spoke to me and said 'You will never be divorced.' He is true to His Word." (Ohio)
“My wife and I had court this morning. God showed me two signs last night of two restored marriages. This morning on the way to court I asked God for a sign and I saw a Covenant Transport Truck. This is only the second truck I have seen in my months of standing. The divorce was granted but GOD has other plans!!! Praise the Lord.” (Massachusetts)
"To God be the glory. For the first time in years my husband invited the children and me to visit him where he lives in another country. Celebrating Easter together was the biggest blessing. I know that in spite of everything, there are things that only God can see." (Hong Kong)
Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm. Ephesians 6:13 (NLT)
"Tonight we attended a passion play/musical at a church in our area. After the play was over one of the pastors preached and had an altar call. My husband and son prayed to receive the Lord." (New York)
“Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them.” Matthew 18:20
"My husband called me on Christmas Day and it made my day. It was the best Christmas gift God could have given me because it showed me that He is working on the other side, no matter what I see happening. Praise the Lord." (Georgia)
"I am still confident of this: I will see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. Wait for the LORD; be strong and take heart and wait for the LORD." Psalm 27:13-14
"My prodigal was admitted to the hospital. It was on my heart to go see him and pray for him. The other person was by his bedside. Praying beforehand God gave me the grace to walk in the Spirit and be loving and kind to both of them. I praise God for the work He is doing in me." (California)
“Chocolate on the trail, is how one saint referred to the sign posts the Lord provides to keep us encouraged on the journey; how He tells us to keep going on, that we are in the right direction. On Sunday, I got another chocolate on the trail. My church made the first announcement for the ladies' marriage class that I will be facilitating --- after waiting for approval for close to five years. The chocolate was Philippians 4:4, the RMM founding scripture, was the memory scripture for Sunday as scheduled in my prayer book. Here is my prayer for all standers. As Easter approaches and we are inundated with the desire to share celebration chocolate with others, let us aim for 'divine chocolate' by praying earnestly for our spouses. In today's devotional, Charlyne used Bob's devotional to admonish us to pray even more for our spouses during the Easter holiday.” (Canada)
"A week ago I prayed and confessed that I was in doubt about restoration of my marriage. I asked God to speak to me through His Word. I'm reading the One Year Bible for devotions, and when I began reading, this scripture leapt from the page; 'You don't have much faith,' Jesus said. 'Why did you doubt me?' Matthew 14:31(b). I journaled this so the next time doubt creeps in I can see exactly what God says about that." (North Carolina)
“After standing for some years my husband came home! PTL! After lots of prayer, fasting and unconditional love my breakthrough came. The other relationship ended, the OW moved out of state. Despite a non-covenant child and things looking hard - my God put everything in place! My husband is home and it feels great and worth every trial. With God's help our marriage is being rebuilt. Thank you for your prayers and support. God does heal hurting marriages. Prodigals do come home! With God all things are possible, so keep standing!” (Florida)
"Praise the Lord, my husband returned just as suddenly as he left me. I had just about given up on standing when God sent me the message that I was closer than I thought. Two days after receiving that message I got the phone call I had been waiting for. Our God is the one of suddenly. He is so good. Charlyne’s testimony is what helped me see that my situation was not hopeless." (Texas)
"I want to give God the praise and glory. I had the opportunity to give my prodigal spouse the book, 'Finding The Way Home.' God is in control." (United Kingdom)
"Many times, I have prayed, asking God to direct me and give me discernment about a decision. He is faithful, standing as my husband while my one-flesh spouse is far away. I have been worried because we had to sell our home. Where would we be restored? I opened my 'Charlyne Cares' this morning to read Bob's Prodigal Perspective on how God can rebuild our home and family. He has it all planned out. I just need to be patient and let Him guide me. Thank you for letting God use you to offer encouragement." (North Carolina)
"My husband got trapped by sin. Since I believe in marriage I will stand by my husband for I have forgiven him. My husband is calling a lot and that is a blessing." (Kansas)
"Praise God. I was at a point of questioning my stand and God's will for my life. God showed me what He wants for me and my life. Just when I believed I needed to move on, my husband reached out and started spending time with the twins and I. He has shared he loves me and has never stopped. The OW is slowly being removed from his life. Thank You, Jesus. Marriage restoration is mine. In God's perfect timing. Glory be to God." (Kentucky)
“I was a stander for several years. My husband came home. He has a son from this time in the wilderness. The child has become the apple of my eye through the strength and guidance of my Lord Jesus Christ. If it weren't for this separation, I would have never given my life to Jesus Christ. My husband and the world were my first priorities; not my Savoir Jesus Christ.” (Texas)
God Bless Mothers...... “The greatest inheritance I have from my mother is that she instilled her faith in God in me by the way she lived her life. Although heartbroken after losing four children, her faith in God never wavered. My mother taught me God's Word but it was the way she lived her life, her faith in God never wavering. She fought the fight, finished the race and kept the faith and I know there is laid up a crown of righteousness. Because of her influence, I know countless people are being touched because of her faithfulness. To God be the glory.” (California)
Praise His Holy name! After feeling completely lost and devastated when my husband told me not to go home and that he wanted a divorce, I turned to our Lord Jesus Christ for comfort. I made Him my rock and decided I need to walk in His path. A couple days ago my husband called me and told me he loved me and misses our family! He was so shut off to the idea of us working on our marriage. He told me he is confused, but I know that this is God's work deep in his hardened heart! He text me now saying good morning and asking about my day. I will continue to pray and keep on His path because I know our Lord Jesus Christ has great plans for us ahead in His perfect timing! "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11. (Arizona)

"My stand has felt long and unproductive. I have been asking God to speak to me - to reassure me that I will be reunited with my family, but I felt I had received no answers. Yesterday I received the CD, "God Does Speak – Are You Listening?" It came just when I needed it. I asked God to please tell me if I would be reunited with my family. This morning I received the Bible verse for today from Bible Gateway: Psalms 37:4 – 'Delight yourself in the LORD and he will give you the desires of your heart.' God does speak!" (Arkansas)
"There were a lot of signals when I starting to work that God hadn't left me. The logo of the company is a rainbow and I gave thanks to God. Later I had doubt in my heart about continuing standing but when I was walking I saw two car plates with the word 'Faith' and the initials 'LYL.' That was fantastic so I gave thanks to God that He never leaves me and is asking me to have faith and wait on Him and He will give me the desires of my heart." (Mexico)
“It has been some years since my husband and I were separated. I started standing shortly afterwards and God has been faithful. He has given me shelter when I had nowhere to go in a foreign country. He has put food on my table. This year He has blessed me with a very good job and a good car to enable me to do my job. I pray and fast often and He reveals things to me without me even asking. My God gave me Jeremiah 33:3 at the beginning of my stand when I was a new Christian and a new stander. Now my husband is softening his heart towards me. We communicate regularly and we are pleasant to each other. Charlyne's CDsForgive Them and Zip Your Lips have helped me through all this. The other women are still there but my God has told me and is continually telling me to stand because my marriage will be restored soon at His appointed time.” (United Kingdom)
“My first time standing I did not know that I was standing but I knew what being married meant for my mother by watching her taking on everything my father was throwing at her and never an outburst. I don't think she knew she was standing, I don't even know if she was praying for him through it all, but I know she knew she was married until death do us part. I truly believe that's what immediately took over the first time my husband left. I knew I was married until death do us part just as my mother had shown me without even realizing it. So, I fought the best I could until God showed me how it should really be done through Rejoice Marriage Ministries. Know that I am praying and fasting not just for my marriage, but for God to stop Satan once and for all from messing up our marriages. Enough is enough. We need a revival of marriages. We need the divorce rate to drop. We need all covenant married couples to stand firm as an army to pray and fast for a lasting victory. Amen.” (New Orleans)
“Ah, Sovereign LORD, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you.” Jeremiah 32:17
“I just finished reading the Saturday testimonies. I praise God for what he is doing in standers’ lives. These testimonies bring so much encouragement of what God has done and will continue to do. I read and see not just one similar situation but several. It’s been very quiet here. Your testimonies remind me that God is always working even when we can't see. Jeremiah 1:12 Then the Lord said to me, "You have seen well, for I am watching over my word to perform it." (Illinois)
He will turn the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers... Malachi 4:6a
"I want to thank the Lord for allowing me to pray for my ex-wife when I was hugging her and she was hugging me so tightly. Just three months ago she was still refusing any kind of prayer. Praise God." (Nevada)
"On Mother's Day, I asked God to let me know He is working in my husband. My husband said Happy Mother’s Day several times and thanked me for taking good care of our children. God is doing great things with both me and my husband." (Texas)
"My 'suddenly' happened over the weekend! We had not seen my husband in almost a year. He has spoken on the phone to our children but kept his distance from me. He flew in this past weekend and we enjoyed an amazing time together as a family. He remained distant from me until the night before he was to leave, and out of nowhere he says to me the most beautiful words: I am coming home! He confessed how much he loved me and wants what God has for him. He has returned now to break off with the non- covenant. God alone broke through just as He promised! Thank you, Lord!" (Missouri)
“I just wanted to share my cousin's testimony to encourage others for Mother's Day. She left her husband with her sons when the boys were three and five (she was the prodigal) for another man. She had TWO non-covenant marriages and then went back home when the boys were 21 and 24. Her visits were few and far between during the non-covenant times, but her husband NEVER dated during that time or took off his ring. In fact, he is my cousin...she married into the family. Because he never talked bad about her, it was easy to accept her back into the family because we didn’t know the details of anything. They have been remarried for three years now. She enjoys our family and we love her. She is truly family. I was the prodigal and divorced many months ago. It is my prayer of supplication that I will repeat my cousin's story. Be blessed.” (Maryland)
“I thank God for my Mother's Day gift. My mother lives out-of-state and my relationship during our marriage problems has been strained with my in-laws. I had been praying for a better Mother's Day this year. I had been praying and asking the Lord to place a burden on my husband's heart to acknowledge me on this day. The day was almost over and I was settling in for bed. My phone rang and it was my husband. Just calling to wish me a ‘Happy Mother's Day.’ Our children were around when the call came and we all smiled and praised God for His faithfulness!” (Florida)
"My court date came and the Lord allowed the only available seat in the courtroom to be next to my prodigal husband. We walked out of court together, a first. The judge awarded him divorce without my signature. Even though he was granted his desire the Lord gave me peace and I am still standing for our marriage." (California)
"My husband told me that he is still in love with me! Our second court date came and went. He also told me last week that he would like to cancel our divorce proceedings and we have been talking about him coming home! He ended up calling his lawyer yesterday and canceling everything! Praise the Lord, He is so good!" (New Jersey)
"Last fall I prayed for God to send me a mentor. He brought a retired pastor and his wife to our church. Now that they do not run a church but they disciple new believers to get them rooted in the Word. I learned last week they are moving across the country to be closer to their children. When I heard the news, I thought of Charlyne and how her prayer partner was removed shortly before Bob returned home. I thank God for bringing them into my life and the many lives they will continue to bless. Never give up standers, this couple has a restored marriage of 40 years! Praise God! Not only a restored marriage but a living example of an entire family touched and changed by God's love, mercy and grace. Amen!" (Illinois)
"Recently I began standing for my marriage. Every time that I feel I can't go on, God shows me that He hears my cries. I know that He is doing the impossible in my marriage and I thank Him." (Nebraska)
"My divorce date for today was postponed. My husband has left the other woman and he now calls us every morning and every evening. I see God working in his life to try and lead him home. I thank God for this ministry." (Texas)
"My prodigal has been moving back home since Christmas. Around Valentine's weekend we attended a marriage seminar. I can hardly believe my eyes, after standing for 15 years. Thank you for today's message about waiting for the LORD's timing. It's hard to wait, but we can't hasten it any more than one can 'help' a butterfly come forth from its cocoon without doing harm to it." (Pennsylvania)
